HOW IT ALL BEGAN

Charlene aka "ChaCha" began to tape videos to leave for her family. Realizing that our past generation's wisdom is more profound when they’re no longer with us, I thought to leave recorded life lessons.

After posting videos on YouTube, I was approached by some young ladies to start a blog. After prayer for direction, God gave me HealthyHeart, with Proverbs 4:23 as a guide, at the age of 64.

HealthyHeart is walking in faith, not by sight. The heart is a necessity to live. A healthy spiritual heart produces life sustaining benefits.
